I recently tried this while in Scotland (I know!) … anyway I found it an amazing dram if a little pricey (£8.95 a dram).

Amazing colour – deep brown, almost Port coloured. On the nose loads of deep PX sherry notes. But it was the finish that really impressed, very long indeed – I could still taste it 5 mins later

Yamazaki 1990 comes in 70644, 70645, and 70646 casks. They are all very hard to find now.

If a bottle wins a MaltManiac Award, it’s usually sold out shortly after that. The same happened to this one.
