		<description>Sadly, Cooley&#039;s use of the term &quot;pot still&quot; is not in accordance with the historic usage.  Tyrconnell is a single malt (malted barley only) and not a classic &quot;pot still&quot; made with the mix of malted and unmalted barley.</description>
